Jahla brings curiosity, enthusiasm, and a love for animals to her role as a Veterinary Assistant. She especially enjoys the hands-on experience of working with a wide variety of patients and learning something new from the team each day. She is currently working on her Pre-Veterinary Animal Sciences degree at Rutgers University and hopes to become an internal medicine specialty veterinarian, with a particular interest in wildlife and exotic animal care. Outside of the hospital, Jahla enjoys dancing, karaoke, and raising money to support children with cancer.
